The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has introduced the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (CCFS-2026) to help companies clear pending ROC filings at a significantly reduced cost.

File MGT-7, AOC-4 easily.
75% reduced fee for Form STK-2.
Convert status with 50% reduced fees.
After the scheme deadline, standard penalties will apply again. Companies are advised to act immediately to avoid heavy financial burden.
